UN METODO PARA PASIVAR LA SUPERFICIE DE LOS SEPARADORES DE LAS PLANTAS DE FABRICACION DE UREA, EN DONDE LAS TEMPERATURAS SON MUY ALTAS, DONDE LA GAMA DE PRESIONES ESTA COMPRENDIDA ENTRE 120 Y 240 KG/CM2 Y EN DONDE EL FLUJO DEL PROCESO EFLUENTE DEL REACTOR DE SINTESIS SUFRE UNA O MAS EVAPORACIONES DE CAIDA DE PELICULA, DE PREFERENCIA EN CONTRACORRIENTE CON UN GAS IMPULSOR CONSTITUIDO POR NH3 O C02, QUE SE LLEVA A CABO POR MEDIO DE UNA COMBINACION SINERGISTICA DE OXIGENO, DE PREFERENCIA INYECTADO EN EL FONDO DE POR LO MENOS UN SEPARADOR, Y DE UN SEGUNDO AGENTE PASIVANTE, DE PREFERENCIA INYECTADO EN EL FLUJO DE PROCESO QUE PENETRA POR LA CABEZA DE POR LO MENOS UN SEPARADOR, EN DONDE DICHO SEGUNDO AGENTE PASIVANTE SE INYECTA EN ESTADO LIQUIDO O COMO UNA SOLUCION LIQUIDA, ANTES DEL INICIO DE LA EVAPORACION O CONTEMPORANEAMENTE CON ESTA, ELEGIDO ENTRE UN GRUPO CONSTITUIDO POR H202, NITRITOS DE METAL ALCALINO O (NH4)2S208; ESTANDO COMPRENDIDA LA CANTIDAD GLOBAL DE AGENTE PASIVANTE, EXPRESADA COMO OXIGENO ACTIVO, ENTRE 1 Y 25 PPM CON RESPECTO AL FLUJO DE PROCESO EFLUENTE QUE ABANDONA EL REACTOR DE SINTESIS, Y LA CANTIDAD GLOBAL DE OXIGENO ENTRE 200 Y 2000 PPM CON RESPECTO AL C02.
