Abstract
Un sistema de cinta transportadora de enfriamiento de briquetas incluye una cinta transportadora de bandeja de tipo faldón. Reivindicación 11: Un método para enfriar hierro briqueteado en caliente que comprende los siguientes pasos: Proveer un sistema de cinta transportadora de enfriamiento de briquetas; el sistema comprende: Una cinta transportadora de bandeja de tipo faldón que incluye: a) varias bandejas de tipo faldón que incluyen aberturas para drenar agua de la cinta transportadora de bandeja de tipo faldón; y b) un filamento superior de transporte de bandeja de tipo faldón; y c) un filamento inferior de retorno de bandeja de tipo faldón; y Una tolva de descarga lateral de acarreo ubicada entre los dos filamentos; la tolva de descarga lateral de acarreo captura partículas finas y agua del sistema; y Enfriar el hierro briqueteado en caliente a medida que el hierro viaja a lo largo de la cinta transportadora de bandeja de tipo faldón de temperaturas de briqueteado de alrededor de 650 - 700ºC a 400ºC en aproximadamente 2 minutos, y en no menos de 1,5 minutos, en donde la temperatura de descarga es mayor que aproximadamente 85ºC y menor que aproximadamente 130ºC.
