Abstract
La presente proporciona un compuesto heterocíclico que tiene una acción inhibitoria de HDAC6, el cual es útil para el tratamiento de enfermedades del sistema nervioso central, que incluyen enfermedades neurodegenerativas y similares, y un medicamento que comprende el compuesto. La presente se refiere a un compuesto representado por la fórmula (1) en la que cada símbolo está de acuerdo con lo definido en la descripción, o una sal del mismo. Reivindicación 1: Un compuesto representado por la fórmula [1] caracterizada porque R¹ es (1) un grupo cicloalquilo C₃₋₁₀ sustituido de manera opcional por 1 a 3 átomos de halógeno, (2) un grupo arilo C₆₋₁₄ sustituido de manera opcional por 1 a 3 sustituyentes seleccionados entre (i) un átomo de halógeno, (ii) un grupo ciano y (iii) un grupo alquilo C₁₋₆ sustituido de manera opcional por 1 a 3 átomos de halógeno, (3) un grupo heterocíclico aromático monocíclico de 5 ó 6 miembros sustituido de manera opcional por 1 a 3 sustituyentes seleccionados entre (i) un átomo de halógeno, (ii) un grupo alquilo C₁₋₆ sustituido de manera opcional por 1 a 3 átomos de halógeno, y (iii) un grupo alcoxi C₁₋₆, o (4) un grupo heterocíclico no aromático monocíclico de 3 a 8 miembros, y R² es (1) un grupo cicloalquilo C₃₋₁₀ sustituido de manera opcional por 1 a 3 átomos de halógeno, (2) un grupo arilo C₆₋₁₄ sustituido de manera opcional por 1 a 3 sustituyentes seleccionados entre (i) un átomo de halógeno, y (ii) un grupo alquilo C₁₋₆ sustituido de manera opcional por 1 a 3 átomos de halógeno, (3) un grupo heterocíclico aromático monocíclico de 5 ó 6 miembros sustituido de manera opcional por 1 a 3 sustituyentes seleccionados entre (i) un átomo de halógeno, (ii) un grupo alquilo C₁₋₆ sustituido de manera opcional por 1 a 3 átomos de halógeno, y (iii) un grupo alcoxi C₁₋₆, o (4) un grupo heterocíclico no aromático monocíclico de 3 a 8 miembros, o una sal del mismo.
