Abstract
La presente divulgación se refiere a una secuencia de ácidos nucleicos para la detección de una planta de soja tolerante a herbicida DBN9008 y su método de detección, la secuencia de ácidos nucleicos de la planta de soja comprende la SEQ ID Nº 1 o su secuencia complementaria o la SEQ ID Nº 2 o su secuencia complementaria. El evento de soja transgénica DBN9008 tiene mejor tolerancia a un herbicida de glifosato y un herbicida de glufosinato y no tiene influencia sobre el rendimiento y el método de detección puede identificar de modo preciso y rápido si una molécula de ADN del evento de soja transgénico DBN9008 está contenida en una muestra biológica. Reivindicación 19: El kit de detección de ADN de acuerdo con la reivindicación 17 ó 18, en donde la molécula de ADN comprende al menos una seleccionada de: una secuencia homóloga de la SEQ ID Nº 1 o su secuencia complementaria, una secuencia homóloga de la SEQ ID Nº 2 o su secuencia complementaria, una secuencia homóloga de la SEQ ID Nº 6 o su secuencia complementaria y una secuencia homóloga de la SEQ ID Nº 7 o su secuencia complementaria. Reivindicación 20: Una célula de planta o parte, en donde comprende una secuencia de ácidos nucleicos que codifica una proteína EPSPS tolerante a glifosato, una secuencia de ácidos nucleicos que codifica una proteína PAT tolerante a glufosinato y una secuencia de ácidos nucleicos de una región específica, donde la secuencia de ácidos nucleicos de la región específica comprende al menos una seleccionada de las secuencias como se muestra en la SEQ ID Nº 1, la SEQ ID Nº 2, la SEQ ID Nº 6 y la SEQ ID Nº 7. Reivindicación 21: Un método para producir una planta de soja tolerante a un herbicida de glifosato y/o un herbicida de glufosinato, que comprende introducir en el genoma de la planta de soja una secuencia de ácidos nucleicos que codifica una proteína EPSPS tolerante a glifosato y/o una secuencia de ácidos nucleicos que codifica una proteína PAT tolerante a glufosinato y una secuencia de ácidos nucleicos de una región específica selecciona de al menos una secuencia de ácidos nucleicos de las secuencias como se muestra en la SEQ ID Nº 1, SEQ ID Nº 2, SEQ ID Nº 3, SEQ ID Nº 4, SEQ ID Nº 6 y SEQ ID Nº 7; con preferencia, que comprende introducir en el genoma de la planta de soja una secuencia de ácidos nucleicos como se muestra en la SEQ ID Nº 5. Reivindicación 25: Un método de control de malezas resistentes a glifosato en un campo para una planta tolerante a glifosato, que comprende la aplicación de un herbicida que contiene una dosis efectiva de glufosinato a un campo para plantar al menos una planta de soja transgénica tolerante a glifosato, en donde la planta de soja transgénica tolerante a glifosato comprende al menos una secuencia de ácidos nucleicos seleccionada de las secuencias como se muestra en la SEQ ID Nº 1, la SEQ ID Nº 2, la SEQ ID Nº 3, la SEQ ID Nº 4, la SEQ ID Nº 5, la SEQ ID Nº 6 y la SEQ ID Nº 7 en su genoma y la planta de soja transgénica tolerante a glifosato tiene tolerancia al herbicida de glufosinato al mismo tiempo. Reivindicación 27: Un producto agrícola o mercadería que comprende un polinucleótido de la SEQ ID Nº 1 o la SEQ ID Nº 2, en donde el producto agrícola o mercadería es lecitina, un ácido graso, glicerol, un esterol, un copo de soja, harina de soja, una proteína de soja o su concentrado, un aceite de soja, una fibra de proteína de soja, un coágulo de leche de soja o cuajada de fríjol.
