Abstract

La presente describe una soja transgénica resistente al glifosato y su método de preparación y aplicación. Proporciona un método para el fitomejoramiento de la soja transgénica, que comprende: insertar el fragmento de ADN exógeno en las posiciones 50, 543, 767 - 50, 543, 792 del cromosoma 19 del genoma de soja blanco para obtener la soja transgénica. La soja transgénica divulgada tiene tolerancia a la dosis alta de glifosato, y también se puede mejorar mediante la hibridación con una cepa de soja excelente para optimizar otros caracteres agronómicos tales como rendimiento, calidad etc. El método de detección de la presente divulgación puede identificar la región de unión del ADN-T insertado y ADN del genoma de la planta y además identificar célula, tejido, órgano, producto, etc. de la soja transgénica y su descendiente.
