Claims (16)
1. Конструкция нуклеиновой кислоты, содержащая одну или несколько гетерологичных регуляторных последовательностей, регулирующих экспрессию последовательности нуклеиновой кислоты, кодирующей инсектицидный белок, выбранный из группы, состоящей из DIG-657, варианта DIG-657, фрагмента DIG-657 и варианта фрагмента DIG-657.
2. Конструкция нуклеиновой кислоты по п. 1, содержащая нуклеиновую кислоту, выбранную из группы, состоящей из SEQ ID NO: 1, SEQ ID NO: 3, SEQ ID NO: 4, SEQ ID NO: 5, SEQ ID NO: 6, SEQ ID NO: 8, SEQ ID NO: 9, SEQ ID NO: 10, SEQ ID NO: 12, и последовательность нуклеиновой кислоты имеет по меньшей мере 90 процентов идентичности по отношению к SEQ ID NO: 1.
3. Выделенный инсектицидный белок, выбранный из группы, состоящей из DIG-657, варианта DIG-657, фрагмента DIG-657 и инсектицидного белка, содержащего остатки 206-803 из SEQ ID NO: 2.
4. Выделенный инсектицидный белок по п. 3, выбранный из группы, состоящей из SEQ ID NO: 2, SEQ ID NO: 7, SEQ ID NO: 11 и SEQ ID NO: 13.
5. Растение, семя или часть растения, содержащие последовательность нуклеиновой кислоты по п. 1.
6. Растение, семя или часть растения, содержащие последовательность нуклеиновой кислоты по п. 2.
7. Растение, семя или часть растения, содержащие инсектицидный белок по п. 3.
8. Растение, семя или часть растения, содержащие инсектицидный белок по п. 4.
9. Растение или часть растения по п. 5, где полипептид имеет инсектицидную активность в отношении насекомого, выбранного из группы, состоящей из кукурузного мотылька, Cry1F-резистентного кукурузного мотылька, соевой совки, гусеницы бархатных бобов, табачной листовертки, хлопковой совки, американской кукурузной совки и капустной моли.
10. Растение или часть растения по п. 7, где полипептид имеет инсектицидную активность в отношении насекомого, выбранного из группы, состоящей из кукурузного мотылька, Cry1F-резистентного кукурузного мотылька, соевой совки, гусеницы бархатных бобов, табачной листовертки, хлопковой совки, американской кукурузной совки и капустной моли.
11. Способ контроля восприимчивых насекомых, включающий приведение указанного насекомого в контакт с эффективным количеством белка по п. 3.
12. Способ по п. 11, где белок выбран из группы, состоящей из SEQ ID NO: 2, SEQ ID NO: 7, SEQ ID NO: 11 и SEQ ID NO: 13.
13. Способ по п. 11, где восприимчивым насекомым является Cry1F-резистентный кукурузный мотылек.
14. Способ по п. 11, где белок содержит остатки 206-803 из SEQ ID NO: 2.
15. Способ по п. 14, где популяция насекомых выбрана из группы, состоящей из кукурузного мотылька, Cry1F-резистентного кукурузного мотылька, совки соевой, гусеницы бархатных бобов, табачной листовертки, хлопковой совки, американской кукурузной совки и капустной моли.
16. Способ получения сорта резистентного к насекомым растения, включающий скрещивание нетрансгенного растения с трансгенным растением, содержащим чужеродную конструкцию ДНК, регулирующую экспрессию токсина DIG-657, стабильно встроенную в геном указанного сорта резистентного к насекомым растения, и селекцию потомства посредством анализа на, по меньшей мере, часть чужеродной конструкции ДНК из указанного резистентного к насекомым растения.
