Abstract
La presente divulgación se refiere a una secuencia de ácidos nucleicos para la detección de una planta de soja tolerante a herbicida DBN9008 y su método de detección, la secuencia de ácidos nucleicos de la planta de soja comprende la SEQ ID Nº 1 o su secuencia complementaria o la SEQ ID Nº 2 o su secuencia complementaria. Reivindicación 20: Una célula de planta o parte, en donde comprende una secuencia de ácidos nucleicos que codifica una proteína EPSPS tolerante a glifosato, una secuencia de ácidos nucleicos que codifica una proteína PAT tolerante a glufosinato y una secuencia de ácidos nucleicos de una región específica, donde la secuencia de ácidos nucleicos de la región específica comprende al menos una seleccionada de las secuencias como se muestra en la SEQ ID Nº 1, la SEQ ID Nº 2, la SEQ ID Nº 6 y la SEQ ID Nº 7.
