Reivindicación 15: Un kit de detección de ADN que comprende al menos una molécula de ADN, donde la molécula de ADN comprende al menos 11 nucleótidos consecutivos en la secuencia homóloga de la SEQ ID Nº 3 o la secuencia complementaria de la misma, y/o al menos 11 nucleótidos consecutivos en la secuencia homóloga de la SEQ ID Nº 4 o la secuencia complementaria de la misma, y es útil como un iniciador de ADN o sonda específica a un evento de maíz transgénico DBN9858 o su progenie.
