Abstract

Reivindicación 5: Un método para detectar la presencia de ADN del evento de maíz transgénico DBN9888 en una muestra, que comprende: poner en contacto la muestra a ser detectada con al menos dos iniciadores para la amplificación de un producto de amplificación de interés en una reacción de amplificación de ácido nucleico; llevara a cabo la reacción de amplificación del ácido nucleico; y detectar la presencia del producto de amplificación de interés; donde el producto de amplificación de interés comprende al menos 11 nucleótidos consecutivos en la SEQ ID Nº 3 o la secuencia complementaria de la misma, y/o al menos 11 nucleótidos consecutivos en la SEQ ID Nº 4 o la secuencia complementaria de la misma. Reivindicación 15: Un kit de detección de ADN que comprende al menos una molécula de ADN, donde la molécula de ADN comprende al menos 11 nucleótidos consecutivos en la secuencia homóloga de la SEQ ID Nº 3 o la secuencia complementaria de la misma, y/o al menos 11 nucleótidos consecutivos en la secuencia homóloga de la SEQ ID Nº 4 o la secuencia complementaria de la misma, y es útil como un iniciador de ADN o sonda específica a un evento de maíz transgénico DBN9888 o su progenie. Reivindicación 19: Un método para producir una planta de maíz que presenta tolerancia al herbicida glifosato y/o al herbicida glufosinato, que comprende: introducir una secuencia de ácido nucleico que codifica una proteína EPSPS tolerante al glifosato y/o a secuencia de ácido nucleico que codifica una proteína PAT tolerante al glufosinato y una secuencia de ácido nucleico en una región específica en el genoma de la planta de maíz, donde la secuencia de ácido nucleico en la región específica es al menos una secuencia de ácido nucleico seleccionada de las secuencias indicadas en la SEQ ID Nº 1, la SEQ ID Nº 2, la SEQ ID Nº 3, la SEQ ID Nº 4, la SEQ ID Nº 6 y la SEQ ID Nº 7; preferentemente, el método que comprende introducir la secuencia de ácido nucleico previstas en la SEQ ID Nº 5 en el genoma de la planta de maíz.
