Reivindicación 1: Composición modificadora del sabor que comprende uno o más compuestos modificadores del sabor seleccionados del grupo que consiste en m-cresol, 9-decen-2-ona, 3-n-propilfenol, 3-etilfenol, ácido hidroxicítrico, ácido de garcinia y sus mezclas.
