Abstract
Reivindicación 1: Un proceso para remover cloropropanol y/o glicidol, o sus ésteres de ácidos grasos, del aceite de glicérido que comprende los pasos de: (i) poner en contacto el aceite de glicérido que comprende cloropropanol y/o glicidol, o sus ésteres de ácidos grasos, con un líquido iónico básico para formar un aceite de glicérido tratado; en donde el líquido iónico básico comprende un anión básico seleccionado a partir de hidróxido, alcóxido, alquilcarbonato, carbonato de hidrógeno, carbonato, serinato, prolinato, histidinato, treoninato, valinato, asparaginato, taurinato y lisinato, y un catión de amonio cuaternario orgánico; y (ii) separar el aceite de glicérido tratado a partir de un compuesto iónico que comprende el catión de amonio cuaternario orgánico después de poner en contacto el aceite de glicérido con un líquido iónico básico; en donde el aceite de glicérido tratado tiene una concentración reducida de cloropropanol y/o glicidol, o sus ésteres de ácidos grasos, en comparación con el aceite de glicérido puesto en contacto en el paso (i).
