Abstract

Un material de recubrimiento base (b) acuoso de dos componentes que comprende (b.1) un componente base que comprende (1) por lo menos una resina de poliuretano con un número de hidroxilos de entre 15 y 100 mg de KOH/g y un número ácido de entre 10 y 50 mg de KOH/g, (2) por lo menos una dispersión acuosa que comprende agua y una fracción de resina de poliuretano que consiste en por lo menos una resina de poliuretano, donde la fracción de resina de poliuretano tiene una fracción de gel de por lo menos 50%, con su transición vítrea a una temperatura menor de -20ºC y con su transición de fusión a una temperatura menor de 100ºC, (3) por lo menos un pigmento colorante y/o de efecto, donde se utiliza como resina de empaste por lo menos un pigmento (3) en forma de por lo menos un pigmento en pasta que comprende por lo menos una resina de poliuretano (1), y (b.2) un componente de curado que comprende (4) por lo menos un poliisocianato modificado hidrofílicamente (4) con un contenido de isocianato de entre 8% y 18%.
