Abstract
Se proveen composiciones y métodos útiles para la determinación de si un contaminante microbiano está presente en un proceso de producción de agentes terapéuticos biológicos. Específicamente, se proveen un plásmido control de amplificación positivo artificial y una sonda de detección de PCR cuantitativa única, lo cual posibilita la detección rápida y en tiempo real de un resultado falso positivo. Reivindicación 1: Una composición que comprende una secuencia nucleotídica artificial, un fluoróforo, y un desactivador, donde la secuencia nucleotídica artificial comprende en su extremo 3 no más de cinco ácidos nucleicos consecutivos que son idénticos a una secuencia de cualquiera de SEC ID Nº 9 y 12 - 37. Reivindicación 9: Una composición que comprende: a) un cebador oligonucleotídico delantero especifico para parvovirus de roedor; b) una sonda de detección de oligonucleótidos específica para parvovirus de roedor; c) una sonda de detección de oligonucleótidos artificial; d) un cebador oligonucleotídico inverso específico para un parvovirus de roedor; e) un cebador oligonucleotídico delantero específico para M13; f) una sonda de detección de oligonucleótidos específica para M13; y g) un cebador oligonucleotídico inverso específico para M13.
