Abstract
Un dispositivo de calentamiento inductivo (1) para calentar un sustrato formador de aerosol (20) que comprende un susceptor (21) que comprende: un alojamiento del dispositivo (10), una fuente de energía de DC (11) para proporcionar una tensión de suministro de DC (VDC) y una corriente de DC (IDC), una electrónica de suministro de energía (13) que comprende un convertidor de DC/AC (132) que comprende un circuito de carga LC (1323) que comprende una conexión en serie de un capacitor (C2) y un inductor (L2) que tiene una resistencia óhmica (RBₒᵇⁱₙₐ), una cavidad (14) en el alojamiento del dispositivo (10) para acomodar una porción del sustrato formador de aerosol (20) para acoplar inductivamente el inductor (L2) al susceptor (21). La electrónica de suministro de energía (13) comprende además un microcontrolador (131) para determinar a partir de la tensión de suministro de DC (VDC) y la corriente de DC (IDC) una resistencia óhmica aparente (Rₐ), y a partir de una resistencia óhmica aparente (Rₐ) la temperatura (T) del susceptor (21). Se programa además para monitorear cambios en la resistencia óhmica aparente (Rₐ) y para detectar una bocanada cuando se determina una disminución de la resistencia óhmica aparente (Rₐ) la cual es indicativa de una disminución de la temperatura del susceptor (21) durante una inhalación del usuario.
