Abstract
La presente se refiere a derivados miméticos de brasinoesteroides no esteroideos de fórmula (1) según se definen en la presente, a procesos e intermedios para prepararlos, a composiciones reguladoras del crecimiento vegetal que los componen y a sus métodos de empleo para controlar el crecimiento vegetal yo potenciar la germinación de semillas. Reivindicación 1: Un compuesto de acuerdo con la fórmula (1) donde: Y es O ó S; R¹⁰ es H, halógeno, alquilo C₁₋₆, alcoxi C₁₋₆, haloalquilo C₁₋₆ o ciano; X es halógeno, haloalquilo C₁₋₆, ciano, tiocianato, nitro, alcoxi C₁₋₆, haloalcoxi C₁₋₆, alquiltio C₁₋₆, haloalquiltio C₁₋₆, alquilsulfinilo C₁₋₆, haloalquilsulfinilo C₁₋₆, alquilsulfonilo C₁₋₆, haloalquilsulfonilo C₁₋₆, alquenilo C₂₋₆, alquinilo C₂₋₆, amina, N-(alquil C₁₋₆)amina, N-N-di(alquil C₁₋₆)amina, (alquil C₁₋₆)carbonilo, (alcoxi C₁₋₆)carbonilo, (haloalcoxi C₁₋₆)carbonilo, (haloalquil C₁₋₆)carbonilo, cicloalquilo C₃₋₈, formilo o mercapto; o X es heteroarilo o heteroarilo sustituido con uno o mas de los siguientes grupos: halógeno, ciano, alquilo C₁₋₃, haloalquilo C₁₋₃; R¹ es H, alquilo C₁₋₆, haloalquilo C₁₋₆, (alquil C₁₋₆)carbonilo, (alcoxi C₁₋₆)carbonilo; o R¹ es alquilo C₁₋₆ sustituido con uno o más de los siguientes grupos: ciano, amina, carbonilamina; R² es un grupo de acuerdo con la fórmula (2); o R¹ y R² forman un grupo cíclico alrededor del nitrógeno de acuerdo con la fórmula (3); donde cada W es independientemente O ó S; A es -OR⁷ o -NHCN; R³, R⁴, R⁵ y R⁶ son independientemente hidrógeno, halógeno, nitro, ciano, alquilo C₁₋₃, haloalquilo C₁₋₃, alcoxi C₁₋₃, hidroxilo, -OC(O)R⁸, amina, N-(alquil C₁₋₃)amina o N,N-di(alquil C₁₋₃)amina; donde R⁸ es hidrógeno, alquilo C₁₋₆, alcoxi C₁₋₆ o haloalquilo C₁₋₆; R⁷ es hidrógeno, alquilo C₁₋₆, haloalquilo C₁₋₆, alquenilo C₂₋₆, haloalquenilo C₂₋₆, alquinilo C₂₋₆, haloalquinilo C₂₋₆, cicloalquilo C₃₋₇, arilo o arilo sustituido con de uno a cinco sustituyentes R⁹, heterociclilo o heterociclilo sustituido con de uno a cinco sustituyentes R⁹; o R⁷ es alquilo C₁₋₆ sustituido con uno o más de los siguientes grupos: ciano, nitro, amina, hidroxilo, alcoxi C₁₋₆, haloalcoxi C₁₋₆, alquiltio C₁₋₆, haloalquiltio C₁₋₆, alquilsulfinilo C₁₋₆, haloalquilsulfinilo C₁₋₆, alquilsulfonilo C₁₋₆, haloalquilsulfonilo C₁₋₆, cicloalquilo C₃₋₇, N-(alquil C₁₋₆)amina, N,N-di(alquil C₁₋₆)amina, arilo o arilo sustituido con de uno a cinco sustituyentes R⁹, heterociclilo o heterociclilo sustituido con de uno a cinco sustituyentes R⁹; cada R⁹ es independientemente ciano, nitro, amino, hidroxilo, halógeno, alquilo C₃₋₆, haloalquilo C₁₋₆, alquenilo C₂₋₆, haloalquenilo C₂₋₆, alquinilo C₂₋₆, haloalquinilo C₂₋₆, cicloalquilo C₃₋₆, halocicloalquilo C₃₋₆, alcoxi C₁₋₆, haloalcoxi C₁₋₆, alquiltio C₁₋₆, haloalquiltio C₁₋₆, alquilsulfinilo C₁₋₆, haloalquilsulfinilo C₁₋₆, alquilsulfonilo C₁₋₆, haloalquilsulfonilo C₁₋₆, N-(alquil C₁₋₆)amino, N,N-di(alquil C₁₋₆)amino, N,N-di(alquil C₁₋₆)aminocarbonilo, N,N-di(alquil C₃₋₆)aminosulfonilo, (alquil C₁₋₆)carbonilo, (alquil C₁₋₆)carboniloxi, (alcoxi C₁₋₆)carbonilo, (alquil C₁₋₆)carbonilamino; y cualquiera de sus sales o N-óxidos; donde se, excluyen los siguientes compuestos (i) - (viii): (i) un compuesto de fórmula (4) donde X es NO₂, HCO o Br; (ii) un compuesto de fórmula (5) donde X es CN o Br y R¹⁰ es H; o donde X es CN y R¹⁰ es CF₃; (iii) un compuesto de fórmula (6) donde X es Br, I, COCH₂Br, C(O)Me, COOMe, COOEt, COOⁱPr o COOⁱBu; (iv) un compuesto de fórmula (7) donde R³ es H y R⁴ es NH₂ y R⁵, R⁶ son H; o donde R³, R⁴ son H y R⁵, R⁶ son etilo; o donde R³, R⁴ son H y R⁵ es metilo y R⁶ es ⁱPr; (v) un compuesto de fórmula (8); (vi) un compuesto de fórmula (9) donde R¹ es CH₂CH₂CONH₂ o CH₂CH₂CN y R⁷ es metilo o etilo; (vii) un compuesto de fórmula (10) donde R³, R⁴, R⁵, R⁶ son H; o donde R³, R⁴ son H y R⁵, R⁶ son etilo; o donde R³, R⁴ son H y R⁵ es metilo y R⁶ es ⁱPr; o donde R³ es metilo y R⁴, R³, R⁶ son H; y (viii) un compuesto de fórmula (11).
