Abstract
Proceso de granulación de urea con un sistema de depuración que incluye por lo menos una corriente residual gaseosa para la separación de polvo y amoníaco. El proceso comprende el tratamiento de la corriente residual utilizando una combinación de los siguientes pasos de proceso: (a) lavar la corriente 4 cargada de polvo y amoníaco con agua y/o una solución de urea acuosa, mediante lo cual se genera una corriente líquida 26 cargada de polvo y una corriente 5 que tiene una menor cantidad de polvo, y (b) hacer reaccionar la corriente 5 que tiene una menor cantidad de polvo con formaldehído 7 para formar una corriente 8 que comprende hexametilentetramida y urea-formaldehído y gases residuales limpios 6 donde la corriente de gas se dirige primero hacia el paso de proceso (a) y luego al paso de proceso (b).
