Abstract

Para prolongar la vida útil de un punzón utilizado en una máquina perforadora para perforar mediante laminación una palanquilla. El punzón (10) es usado en una máquina perforadora (30) que perfora mediante laminación una palanquilla (36). El punzón (10) consta de un cuerpo del punzón (12), una capa compuesta (14), y una película pulverizada (16). La capa compuesta (14) está formada sobre una superficie del cuerpo del punzón (12). La película pulverizada (16) cubre por lo menos un área que se extiende desde el extremo posterior de la capa compuesta (14) hasta una posición del diámetro exterior máximo del cuerpo del punzón (12).
