Abstract

Se proveen sistemas y métodos para el análisis de datos. En una realización, se provee un método de análisis que incluye recibir electrónicamente datos de secuencias; recibir electrónicamente una o más secuencias de datos de referencia relacionadas con al menos un vector de expresión; asociar los datos de las secuencias con al menos una de las secuencias de datos de referencia para identificar una secuencia flanqueadora de transgenes; buscar un genoma para uno o más sitios de inserción de la secuencia flanqueadora de transgenes; y anotar el genoma y dichos uno o más sitios de inserción dentro del genoma cuando se hallan uno o más sitios de inserción en dicho paso de búsqueda.
