Abstract
Síntesis de materiales orgánicos para la eliminación de especies iónicas de bajo peso molecular, como por ejemplo iones de metales de transición que incluyen: cobalto, hierro, níquel, y cinc, de soluciones acuosas. La síntesis incluye los pasos de proveer una resina de intercambio catiónico funcionalizar la resina de intercambio catiónico usando un intermediario cloruro para formar una resina de cloruro de sulfonilo, y hacer reaccionar un ligando a base de multiaminas con la resina de cloruro de sulfonilo para formar una resina secuestrante. La síntesis también incluye los pasos de enfriar la resina secuestrante, lavar y secar la resina secuestrante, y eliminar todos los sitios sulfonato sin convertir de la resina secuestrante.
