Abstract

Un dispositivo de apertura para un envase flexible (15; 15’; 15’’; 15’’’) que tiene una parte de apertura (16) que es definida por dos paredes laterales (17) y que tiene un ancho (W), dicho dispositivo de apertura se ubica en la parte de apertura (16) del envase (15; 15’; 15’’; 15’’’) adyacente a una abertura (20) formada tras la apertura inicial del envase (15; 15’; 15’’; 15’’’) para abrirlo y cerrarlo. El dispositivo de apertura comprende un primer cuerpo de paredes delgadas (4) con una superficie de contacto (8) y una primera superficie de aplicación (9) opuesta a ella para permitir la aplicación de dicho primer cuerpo (4) en la parte de apertura (16) en una primera (17a) de dichas dos paredes laterales (17) y un miembro de fijación (5). El primer cuerpo (4) es maniobrable al plegarlo alrededor de un primer eje de plegado (2), entre una posición básica y una posición de sellado, posición de sellado en la cual dicha superficie de contacto (8) tiene subpartes (10a, 10b) directamente enfrentadas entre sí. Dichas subpartes (10a, 10b) colindan entre sí a lo largo de un límite que se extiende sustancialmente a lo largo de todo el ancho (W) de la parte de apertura, y dicho miembro de fijación (5) está diseñado para fijar el cuerpo (4) en dicha posición de sellado y liberado. El miembro de fijación (5) se ubica en al menos una de las subpartes (10a, 10b) de la superficie de contacto (8) y está diseñado para actuar entre dichas subpartes (10a, 10b) para lograr dicha fijación y liberación.
