Abstract
Métodos y composiciones para identificar y seleccionar plantas de maíz con resistencia al tizón norteño de las hojas. Las plantas de maíz generadas por los métodos de la solicitud son también una característica de la solicitud.Reivindicación 1: Un método para seleccionar una planta de maíz con resistencia mejorada al tizón norteño de las hojas, que comprende: a) detectar en la planta de maíz un primer alelo marcador que se enlaza y se asocia con un haplotipo seleccionado del grupo que consiste de: i. el haplotipo PH26N en NLB17_A, ii. el haplotipo PH26N en NLB17_E, iii. el haplotipo PH26N en NLBI7_3, iv. el haplotipo PH26N en NLB18_A, v. el haplotipo PH26N en NLB18_E, vi. el haplotipo PH99N en NLB18_A, o vii. el haplotipo PH99N en NLB18_E; y b) seleccionar la planta de maíz con el cebador alelo marcador.
