Abstract

La presente comprende un pellet de factor de crecimiento epidérmico y metionina o K2S2O7, una cápsula que comprende estos pellets, procesos para sus preparaciones y su uso para el tratamiento de la colitis ulcerosa. Reivindicacion 1: Un pellet farmacéutico administrable por vía oral que comprende un nucleo y un recubrimiento entérico, donde el nucleo comprende una cantidad farmacéuticamente eficaz del factor de crecimiento epidérmico y antioxidante que contiene azufre seleccionado del grupo que consiste en metionina y K2S2O7. Reivindicacion 2: El pellet de acuerdo con la reivindicacion 1, donde la relacion molar entre el factor de crecimiento epidérmico y el antioxidante es de 1:20 a 1:60. Reivindicacion 3: El pellet de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1-2, donde el nucleo comprende además un aglutinante, un agente alcalino, un deslizante, un tensioactivo o mezclas de los mismos. Reivindicacion 4: El pellet de acuerdo con la reivindicacion 3, donde el aglutinante es hidroxipropilmetilcelulosa. Reivindicacion 5: El pellet de acuerdo con la reivindicacion 3, donde el agente alcalino es fosfato disodico. Reivindicacion 6: El pellet de acuerdo con la reivindicacion 3, donde el deslizante es talco. Reivindicacion 7: El pellet de acuerdo con a reivindicacion 3, donde el tensioactivo es lauril sulfato sodico. Reivindicacion 8: El pellet de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1-7, donde el nucleo comprende un 60-80% en peso del nucleo inerte; un 0,05-1% en peso del factor de crecimiento epidérmico; un 0,5-3% en peso de antioxidante; un 0,02-0,07% en peso de tensioactivo; un 1,5-5% en peso de aglutinante; un 0,02-0,07% en peso de agente alcalino; y un 2-5% en peso de deslizante. Reivindicacion 9: El pellet de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1-8, donde el nucleo comprende un 69% en peso del nucleo inerte; un 0,10% en peso del factor de crecimiento epidérmico; un 1,3% en peso de metionina; un 0,05% en peso de lauril sulfato sodico; un 2% en peso de hidroxipropilmetilcelulosa; un 0,05% en peso de fosfato disodico; y un 4% en peso de talco. Reivindicacion 12: El pellet de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1-11, que comprende una capa de recubrimiento intermedia que comprende al menos un polímero de liberacion modificada.
