Abstract

La presente solicitud tiene por objeto mejorar la tela no tejida formada alternadamente sobre su superficie superior con crestas y valles que se extienden en paralelo entre sí en una direccion para evitar que los fluidos corporales permanezcan en las crestas. Las fibras cortas de resina sintética termoplástica se unen por fusion entre sí para formar una tela no tejida 1. La tela no tejida 1 se forma en su superficie superior 2 con crestas 6 y valles 7 que se extienden en paralelo entre sí. Las crestas 6 comprenden las primeras crestas 6a que tienen una dimension de altura uniforme desde una superficie inferior 3 de la tela no tejida 1 y las segundas crestas 6b que tienen una dimension de altura uniforme desde una superficie inferior 3 de la tela no tejida 1 que es menor que la dimension de altura de las primeras crestas 6a. La densidad de la tela no tejida 1 aumenta gradualmente en el orden de las primeras crestas 6a, las segundas crestas 6b y los valles 7. Las primeras crestas 6a se forman de modo que la densidad de las primeras crestas 6a permanece menor que la densidad de las segundas crestas 6b incluso cuando las primeras crestas 6a se comprimen hacia la superficie inferior 3 hasta que las primeras crestas 6a se alinean con el nivel de las segundas crestas 6b.
