Abstract
Se reivindican un procedimiento y una instalacion para la elaboracion de arrabio líquido o de productos previos de acero líquido, a partir de materiales constitutivos a base de menas de hierro y de anadidos, donde los materiales constitutivos son sometidos a una profunda reduccion en una zona de reduccion (1) , y luego introducidos en una zona de fusion o en un agregado de fusion (2), en particular en un gasificador de fusion, para fundirlos bajo el anadido de portadores de carbono y de un gas que contiene oxígeno, con la formacion de un lecho fijo, donde se produce un gas reductor que contiene CO e H2, que se introduce en la zona de reduccion (1) donde es transformado y derivado como gas de tragante. El procedimiento y la instalacion prevén que, después de la separacion de los materiales solidos con que está cargado el gas de tragante caliente, sea sometido a por lo menos una separacion grosera en seco (5), y que por lo menos partes de los materiales solidos calientes separados sean conducidas a la zona de fusion o al agregado de fusion (2) o al agregado de reduccion (1). Adicionalmente, el gas de tragante es tratado en otra etapa de separacion fina (13A), con una separacion de los materiales solidos remanentes en el gas de tragante, donde el material solido separado es conducido de retorno al gasificador de fusion y/o a la zona e fusion, o es extraído del procedimiento.
