Abstract
La presente solicitud se refiere en general al campo de la biología molecular y a un método para aumentar los rasgos relacionados con el rendimiento con respecto a plantas de control. Mas específicamente, la presente se refiere a un método para aumentar los rasgos relacionados con el rendimiento en plantas con respecto a plantas de control, al modular, con preferencia aumentar la expresion en las raíces de una planta, de una secuencia de ácidos nucleicos que codifica una 2-cisteína peroxiredoxina (2-Cis PRX); o al modular la expresion de un ácido nucleico que codifica un polipéptido ANN (tipo onexina) una planta. También se refiere a plantas con expresion modulada, con preferencia aumentada en las raíces, de una secuencia de ácidos nucleicos que codifica una 2-Cis PRX, o con expresion modulada de un ácido nucleico que codifica un polipéptido ANN, cuyas plantas tiene rasgos aumentados relacionados con el rendimiento con respecto a plantas de control. También provee construcciones utiles en los métodos de la presente.
