Abstract
Técnicas para utilizar multiples esquemas de modulacion para un unico paquete. Cada paquete de datos es procesado y transmitido en hasta T bloques, en donde T >1. Se utilizan multiples esquemas de modulacion para los T bloques para lograr un buenrendimiento. Un transmisor codifica un paquete de datos para generar bits de codigo. El transmisor forma, a continuacion, un bloque de bits de codigo con los bits de codigo generados para el paquete, determina el esquema de modulacion que debe serutilizado para el bloque (es decir, basándose en un modo/velocidad seleccionado para el paquete), mapea los bits de codigo para el bloque basándose en el esquema de modulacion para obtener símbolos de datos, procesa y transmite el bloque de símbolosde datos a un receptor. El transmisor genera y transmite otro bloque de una manera similar hasta que el paquete de datos haya sido decodificado correctamente o que se haya transmitido la totalidad de los T bloques. El receptor lleva a cabo elproceso complementario para recibir y decodificar el paquete.
