Abstract

Procedimiento para fabricacion de tubos sin costura, como divisional de la Patente N° AR043601 B1, en el cual se realiza una transformada compleja de Fourier sobre valores medidos de espesores de pared en una pluralidad de puntos en una seccion transversal de un tubo en direccion axial, siendo clasificados los tipos de desviacion de espesor, se calcula el valor de desviacion de espesor a partir del valor absoluto del componente complejo de Fourier, se calcula la posicion de una porcion gruesa y una porcion delgada de desviacion de espesor a partir de la fase del componente complejo de Fourier, y se ajustan las condiciones de fabricacion del tubo basadas en el tipo de desviacion de espesor, el valor de desviacion de espesor, y la posicion de la porcion gruesa o de la porcion delgada. La relacion r*exp(jtheta) entre el valor de desviacion de espesor r y la fase theta de una desviacion de espesor de primer orden obtenida para una pluralidad de secciones transversales en direccion axial es sometida a una transformada compleja de Fourier como una funcion de direccion longitudinal del tubo, siendo luego clasificada la desviacion de espesor por la frecuencia de rotacion de la desviacion de espesor, tomándose una accion apropiada para evitar la desviacion de espesor de acuerdo con la desviacion de espesor clasificada.
