Abstract

Oppfinnelsen vedrører et fleksibelt rør og en fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av et slikt rør. Det har to rørformede konstruksjoner, indre (34, 36, 38) og ytre (46, 48, 50, 52, 54, 56) og et rørformet aksialblokkeringslag (40), hvor nevnte rørformede blokkeringslag (40) omfatter to profiltråder (42, 44) som hver har et trapesformet tverrsnitt, hvor nevnte trapesformede tverrsnitt angir en grunnflate (70, 74) og to skrånede sideflanker, hvor nevnte grunnflate (70) på den ene av de to profiltråder er orientert mot den indre rørformede konstruksjon (38), og nevnte grunnflate (74) på den andre profiltråd er orientert i motsatt retning, idet nevnte profiltråder er viklet flanke ved flanke og danner innbyrdes tilstøtende viklinger; ifølge oppfinnelsen omfatter nevnte indre rørformede konstruksjon (38) en tråd som har en viklet konstruksjon til dannelse av viklinger som er blokkert i tverretning; og den ene (42) av nevnte to profiltråder er viklet i anlegg mot nevnte konstruksjonsviklinger.
