Abstract

Composiciones y métodos para conferir actividad pesticida a bacterias, plantas, células vegetales, tejidos y semillas. Composiciones que comprenden una secuencia codificante de polipéptidos pesticidas. Las secuencias codificantes pueden usarse en construcciones de ADN o cassettes de expresion para transformar y expresar en plantas y bacterias. Las composiciones también comprenden bacterias, plantas, células vegetales, tejidos y semillas transformadas. En particular, se proporcionan moléculas de ácidos nucleicos aisladas pesticidas.
