Abstract

Un dispositivo para obtener un fleje de metal (1) por fundicion continua, con una máquina fundidora (2), en la cual se funde un desbaste plano (3), donde visto en direccion de avance (F) del desbaste plano (3) después de la máquina fundidora (2) se encuentra dispuesta al menos una máquina fresadora (4), en la cual se puede mecanizar al menos una superficie del desbaste plano (3), preferentemente dos superficies enfrentadas. Para optimizar la vida util de la o las fresas de la máquina fresadora, la invencion prevé medios (5) para enfriar la fresa (6) sobre o en la máquina fresadora (4). La invencion también se refiere a un método para obtener un fleje de metal. Reivindicacion 31: Método para obtener un fleje de metal (1) por fundicion continua por medio de un dispositivo de acuerdo con una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 30, que comprende una máquina fundidora (2) en la cual se funde un desbaste plano (3), donde -visto en direccion de avance (F) del desbaste plano (3)- después de la máquina fundidora (2) se encuentra dispuesta al menos una máquina fresadora (4), en la cual se puede mecanizar al menos una superficie del desbaste plano (3), preferentemente dos superficies enfrentadas, caracterizado porque el desbaste plano (3) se enfría y entes y/o después de la máquina fresadora (4) se mide la temperatura del lado superior y/o lado inferior del desbaste plano (3), en el cual se fija la cantidad de medio refrigerante con que se enfría el desbaste plano, de acuerdo con las temperaturas determinadas con un modelo de proceso de accionamiento mecánico.
