Abstract

Un compuesto caracterizado porque responde a la formula (1):o una sal aceptable para uso farmacéutico, solvato, estereoisomero o prodroga del mismo, en donde: R1 es un miembro seleccionado del grupo formado por -OH, halogeno y haloalquilo C1-6; R2 y R3 se seleccionan en forma independiente del grupo formado por halogeno, alquilo C1-8, alquenilo C2-8, alquinilo C2-8, alcoxi C1-8, haloalquilo C1-6, hidroxialquilo C2-8 y cicloalquilo C3-8, donde no más de dos de R1, R2 y R3 son halogeno; R4 es un miembro seleccionado del grupo formado por hidrogeno, halogeno, alquilo C1-8 y cicloalquilo C3-8, R5 se selecciona entre el grupo formado por: halogeno, -CN, -NO2, alquilo C1-8, alquenilo C2-8, alquinilo C2-8, haloalquilo C1-6, hidroxialquilo C2-8, cicloalquilo C3-8, heterocicloalquilo C3-8, cicloalquil C3-8-alquilo C1-6, cicloalquil C3-8-alcoxi C1-6, heterocicloalquil C3-8-alquilo C1-6, heteroaril alquilo C1-6, arilo, aril alquilo C1-6, -C(O)R', -C(O)OR', -NR'C(O)ORö, -ORö, -OC(O)R', - C(O)N(R')2, -S(O)Rö, -SO2Rö, -SO2N(R')2, -N(R')2, -NR'C(O)R', -NR'SO2Rö, -X-C(O)R', -X-C(O)OR', -X-NR'C(O)OR', -X ORö, -X-OC(O)R', -X-C(O)N(R')2, -X-S(O)Rö, -X-SO2Rö, -X-SO2N(R')2, -X-N(R')2 y -X-NR'C(O)R'; R6 se selecciona entre el grupo formado por: halogeno, -CN, -NO2, metilo, etilo, butilo lineal o ramificado, pentilo lineal o ramificado, hexilo lineal o ramificado, heptilo lineal o ramificado, octilo lineal o ramificado, alquenilo C2-8, alquinilo C2-8, haloalquilo C1-6, hidroxialquilo C2-8, cicloalquilo C3-8, heterocicloalquilo C3-8, cicloalquil C3-8-alquilo C1-6, cicloalquil C3-8-alcoxi C1-6, heterocicloalquil C3-8-alquilo C1-6, arilo, heteroaril alquilo C1-6, aril alquilo C1-6, -C(O)R', -C(O)OR', -NR'C(O)ORö, -ORö, -OC(O)R', - C(O)N(R')2, -S(O)Rö,-SO2Rö, -SO2N(R')2, -N(R')2, -NR'C(O)R', -NR'SO2Rö, -X -C(O)R', -X-C(O)OR', -X-NR'C(O)ORö, -X-ORö, -X-OC(O)R', -X-C(O)N(R')2, -X-S(O)Rö, -X-SO2Rö, -X-SO2N(R')2, -X-N(R')2 y -X-NR'C(O)R'; cualquier porcion cicloalquilo, porcion heterocicloalquilo, porcion arilo o porcion heteroarilo se sustituye opcionalmente con entre uno y cuatro miembros que se selecciona entre el grupo formado por: halogeno, -CN, -NO2, alquilo C1-8, alquenilo C2-8, alquinilo C2-8, alcoxi C1-8, haloalquilo C1-6, hidroxialquilo C2-6, -C(O)R', -C(O)OR', -NR'C(O)ORö, -OR', -SR', -OC(O)R', -C(O)N(R')2, -S(O)Rö, -SO2Rö, -SO2N(R')2, -N(R')2, -NR'C(O)R' y -NR'SO2Rö, X es un grupo alquileno C1-8 lineal o ramificado; cada vez que ocurre R' es en forma independiente H o un miembro no sustituido seleccionado del grupo formado por alquilo C1-8, alquenilo C2-8, alquinilo C2-8, alcoxi C1-4-alquilo C1-4, haloalquilo C1-6, hidroxialquilo C2-8, cicloalquilo C3-8, heterocicloalquilo C3-8, heteroarilo, arilo, cicloalquil C3-8-alquilo C1-6, heterocicloalquil C3-8-alquilo C1-6, heteroaril alquilo C1-6, aril alquilo C1-6, o dos grupos R', cuando están unidos al mismo átomo de nitrogeno, pueden combinarse con el átomo de nitrogeno al cual están unidos para formar un heterociclo o un grupo heteroarilo; y cada vez que ocurre Rö es en forma independiente un miembro no sustituido seleccionado del grupo formado por alquilo C1-8, alquenilo C2-8, alquinilo C2-8, alcoxi C1-4-alquilo C1-4, haloalquilo C1-6, hidroxialquilo C2-8, cicloalquilo C3-8, heterocicloalquilo C3-8, heteroarilo, arilo, cicloalquil C3-8-alquilo C1-6, heterociclil alquilo C1-6, heteroaril alquilo C1-6 o aril alquilo C1-6; con la salvedad de que cuando R1 es -OH, entonces R2 y R3 no son ambos CF3.
