Abstract
Consiste básicamente en efectuar una impresion de marcas impermeabilizantes sobre un film, ponerlo en contacto con un producto alimenticio, seguido de un secado muy fuerte a baja humedad relativa, y de una operacion de ahumado que igualmente transcurre a humedad relativa baja para obtencion de zonas de mayor color ahumado en el producto alimenticio debajo de las marcas impermeabilizantes que en las zonas no protegidas por dichas marcas impermeabilizantes.
