Abstract
Se describe un proceso que comprende polimerizar un monomero de olefina en un reactor de bucle, opcionalmente en combinacion con un comonomero de olefina, en presencia de un catalizador de polimerizacion en un diluyente, para producir una fase semilíquida que comprende un polímero de olefina particulado solido y el diluyente, donde el numero de Froude se mantiene en un valor igual o menor que 20. Reivindicacion 21: Un reactor de bucle de construccion tubular continua caracterizado porque comprende al menos dos secciones horizontales y al menos dos secciones verticales, para poner en práctica un proceso como se indica en cualquiera de la reivindicaciones 1 a 20.
