Abstract

Proceso para conversion de compuestos de beta-hidroxicarbonilo que comprende: proveer en un reactor material con compuesto de beta-hidroxicarbonilo líquido seleccionado entre ácido 3-hidroxipropionico, ácidos 3-hidroxipropionicos sustituidos, éteres 3- hidroxipropionicos, dímeros de ésteres 3-hidroxipropionicos, ésteres 3-hidroxipropionicos, dímeros de éter 3-hidroxipropionicos, sales de ácido 3-hidroxipropionico, amidas 3-hidroxipropionicas, propionaldehídos 3-hidroxipropionicos, o sus combinaciones, a velocidad de flujo y temperatura de 90 a 250 degree C para que reaccione dentro del reactor en ausencia de un flujo de gas inerte, composicion o sin solvente y se convierta en productos vaporizables comprendiendo un compuesto carbonilo alfa,beta-insaturado como ser ácido acrílico o metacrílico, sus sales, éteres, acroleína, que se recuperan con alto rendimiento por enfriado y/o condensacion. Puede usar un catalizador de oxidos o ácidos solidos, básicos, resinas de intercambio ionico, gases ácidos o básicos, como ser TiO2, Al2O3, SiO2, ZnO2, SnO2, WO3, MnO2, Fe2O3, SiO2/Al2O3, ZrO2/WO3, ZrO2/Fe2O3, ZrO2/MnO2, etc..Aparato correspondiente que comprende lecho escurridizo, fijo o fluido, tanque agitado, tanque con agitacion continua, membrana, Berty, flujo taponado, columna de burbuja, columna de destilacion reactiva. Los productos se usan como alimento animal y/o productos químicos de uso final.
