Abstract
La presente se refiere a un procedimiento a alta presion para la produccion de melamina para mediante pirolisis de urea en un reactor de síntesis vertical, caracterizado porque el reactor de síntesis presenta tres etapas dispuestas verticalmente una sobre la otra, de modo que: a) en la primera etapa, la más superior, se aporta la parte más pequena de la cantidad total de urea al tubo central de un primer reactor de tanque y se forma un primer medio de reaccion que contiene melamina; b) en la segunda etapa, intermedia, se aporta el primer medio de reaccion que contiene melamina, así como la mayor parte de la cantidad total de urea al tubo central de un segundo reactor de tanque y se forma un segundo medio de reaccion que contiene melamina, que c) en la tercera etapa, la más inferior, se aporta el segundo medio de reaccion que contiene melamina a un reactor de flujo piston vertical y se forma una masa fundida de melamina bruta, que a continuacion se procesa de cualquier forma y se obtiene melamina pura. Con esto es posible alcanzar una conversion de urea uniforme, un aporte de calor de reaccion que protege y disminuye la corrosion y un control optimo de la reaccion, así como una reaccion completa de la urea en el reactor de síntesis de melamina. En comparacion con otros procedimientos de melamina da como resultado una síntesis de melamina más compacta, más economica y más eficaz.
