Abstract

Proceso para la preparacion de melamina pura mediante la formacion de melamina fundida obtenida de un proceso a alta presion y liberada de los gases residuales de la reaccion, caracterizada porque a) la melamina fundida es enfriada con agua que tiene una pureza mayor al 95% en peso, b) el NH3 y el CO2 son eliminados luego de obtener la solucion de melamina y c) a continuacion se agregaálcali a la solucion de melamina y dicha solucion se deja en reposo, d) después de lo cual se obtiene melamina pura por cristalizacion. Por lo tanto, es posible obtener la misma calidad de melamina usando menores cantidades de álcali que en un proceso comparativo conocido.
