Abstract
Se proveen partículas compuestas que imparten efectos ópticos y/o organolépticos entretenidos en productos comestibles cuando se los expone a un medio acuoso. En una realización, las partículas compuestas tienen al menos dos capas que, cuando se las expone a un medio acuoso, proveen al menos dos cambios secuenciales en el producto comestible. Dichos cambios pueden incluir cambios en el olor u otras características del aspecto visual, sabor y similares, así como también sus combinaciones. En otra realización, las partículas compuestas están incluidas en una mezcla para bebida en polvo donde la mezcla en polvo para bebida misma provee el cambio secuencial inicial seguido por, luego de un retardo adecuado, un segundo cambio secuencial. Se pueden proporcionar otros cambios secuenciales si se desea agregando capas adicionales que contengan los ingredientes ópticos y/o organolépticos adecuados.
