Abstract

Procedimiento para la obtención de cultivos o de estirpes celulares de mastocitos. Procedimiento para la producción de moléculas del tipo de la heparina que comprende la realización de cultivos o de estirpes celulares de mastocitos. Reivindicación 1: Procedimiento para la obtención de un cultivo o estirpe de mastocitos que comprende el cultivo de una población de cepas celulares de médula ósea de cerdos jóvenes o de fetos en un medio que comprende por lo menos aproximadamente 8ng/ml de SCF y por lo menos aproximadamente 0,1 ng/ml de IL-4, 10 ng/ml de IL-6 y/o 1 ng/ml de G-CSF. Reivindicación 19: Cultivo o estirpe según caulquiera de las reivindicaciones 5 a 13 caracterizado porque comprende un ácido nucleio que codifica una proteína inmoralizadora.
