Abstract

En un procedimiento de fabricación de lentes de contacto blandos, una máquina de moldeo por inyección produce muchas partes de curva frontal (CF) y curva trasera (CT) moldeados por inyección termoplástica, cada una de cuyas partes de moldeo es subsiguientemente utilizada solo una vez para moldear un único lente de contacto blando. La transferencia alineada precisamente es proporcionada por dos vástagos de alineación de un conjunto de alineación que pasa a través de dos aberturas de alineación en la tarima y después pasan a través de dos aberturas de alineación en uno de los brazos de alineación CF o CT.
