Abstract
Un método para determinar una propiedad de un material desconocido que incluye las etapas de determinar el espectro infrarrojo del material desconocido, adaptar el espectro infrarrojo a una combinación lineal de espectros conocidos, en una base de datos, en el que una base de datos incluye espectros de materiales de referencia cuyas propiedades de ensayo son conocidas, y determinar la propiedad del material desconocido a partir de las propiedades de ensayo de los materiales de referencia. REIVINDICACIÓN 1: Un método para determinar una propiedad de ensayo de un material desconocido, que comprende: a) determinar datos analíticos multivariados de dicho material desconocido, b) adaptar dichos datos analíticos multivariados a una combinación lineal de datos analíticos multivariados conocidos en una base de datos para determinar los coeficientes de la combinación lineal, en el que dicha base de datos incluye datos analíticos multivariados de materiales de referencia cuyas propiedades de ensayo son conocidas, y c) determinar dicha propiedad de ensayo de dicho material desconocido a partir de coeficientes y propiedades de ensayo de dichos materiales de referencia.
