Abstract
Verfahren zur Bestimmung der Art, Größe, Konzentration und/oder des Zustandes von Bestandteilen in einer Probe, insbesondere in Fluidströmen, mittels einer Laserquelle, die eine für die Raman-spektroskopische Untersuchung eines Bestandteils geeignete Wellenlänge emittiert, wobei das Laserlicht in die Probe eingekoppelt wird und die Streustrahlung detektiert und ausgewertet wird.
