Abstract
Las plantas de energía eólica fueron erigidas inicialmente en forma individual y solo en los últimos anos - también como consecuencia de reglamentaciones administrativas y constructivas - se instalan frecuentemente en parques eólicos. Un parque eólico es aquí, en su expresión más pequena, una disposición de al menos dos plantas de energía eólica, pero con frecuencia considerablemente más. A modo de ejemplo se puede mencionar el parque eólico Holtriem (Frisia Oriental), en el cual están instaladas más de 50 plantas de energía eólica vinculadas entre sí. Es dable esperar que en los próximos anos aumente fuertemente la cantidad, así como la potencia instalada de las plantas de energía eólica. En la mayoría de los casos, el potencial eólico es máximo en zonas de las redes de alimentación con pequena potencia de cortocircuito y escasa población. Justamente allí se alcanzan rápidamente los límites tecnológicos de conexión por las plantas de energía eólica, lo que trae como consecuencia que en tales zonas ya no se puedan establecer otras plantas de energía eólica. Procedimiento para la operación de un parque eólico constituido por varias plantas de energía eólica, donde el parque eólico está conectado a una red proveedora de electricidad en la cual es alimentada la potencia eléctrica producida por el parque eólico y el parque eólico y/o al menos una de las plantas de energía eólica del parque eólico está provisto de una entrada de monitoreo por medio de la cual se puede ajustar la potencia eléctrica del parque eólico o de una o varias de las plantas de energía eólica individuales en un rango de 0% a 100% de la potencia disponible, en particular, la potencia nominal, está previsto un equipo de procesamiento de datos vinculado con la entrada de monitoreo y por medio del cual se ajusta el valor preestablecido en el rango de 0% a 100%, de acuerdo con la magnitud de la potencia que suministra el parque eólico completo en su salida para ser alimentada a la red de energía, y donde el operador (EVU) de la red proveedora de electricidad a la cual está conectado el parque eólico puede ajustar la potencia suministrada por el parque eólico a través de la entrada de monitoreo.
