Claims (7)
- 電力系統に対して送電線を介して接続された可変回転数および可変ピッチ制御可能な複数台の風力発電装置から構成される風力発電装置群の制御装置において、
前記風力発電装置群は、各風力発電装置に設けられる風向風速計と、出力変動を演算処理する集中制御装置と、各風力発電装置に設けられるとともに通信ネットワークを介して各風力発電装置の風向、風力を含む運転情報を前記集中制御装置との間で送受信する個別制御装置とを備え、
前記集中制御装置は前記通信ネットワークを介して前記個別制御装置からの情報を受信して出力変動を演算処理すると共に、
該集中制御装置は、各風力発電装置から送付される運転情報を受信する送受信手段と、前記運転情報に基づき前記風力発電装置群に対する近未来の風速変動を予測する風速変動予測手段と、前記風速変動の予測に基づき前記風力発電装置群の近未来の出力変動を予測する出力予測手段と、前記風力発電装置群の合計出力が大きくなるときに風カエネルギーを風力発電装置群の回転エネルギーとして蓄積させ、前記風力発電装置群の合計出力が小さくなるときに回転エネルギーとして蓄積させた風カエネルギーを放出させる動的エネルギー蓄積指令手段とを備え、前記風力発電装置群の出力を一定に維持し、
前記風力発電装置群の制御装置は、前記集中制御装置から各風力発電装置に送信される出力指令値に応じて前記風力発電装置群の運転を制御することを特徴とする風力発電装置群の制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の風力発電装置群の制御装置において、
前記動的エネルギー蓄積指令手段は、前記出力予測手段により予測された前記風力発電装置群の合計出力が大きくなる時間帯に風力エネルギーを各風力発電装置の回転エネルギーとして蓄積させる回転数上昇指令手段と、予測された前記風力発電装置群の合計出力が小さくなる時間帯に各風力発電装置の回転エネルギーとして蓄積された風力エネルギーを放出させる回転数下降指令手段とを備えたことを特徴とする風力発電装置群の制御装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の風力発電装置群において、
前記送電線に接続された少なくとも1台の蓄電装置を備え、前記集中制御装置からの出力指令により前記風力発電装置群の出力を一定に制御したとき、前記風速の予測誤差から前記一定出力からの逸脱があった場合に、前記蓄電装置の充放電電力によって前記逸脱を補償することを特徴とする風力発電装置群の制御装置。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の風力発電装置群において、
前記集中制御装置と前記個別制御装置は同一のハードウェアに設けられた各々異なる制御ソフトウェアを有することを特徴とする風力発電装置群の制御装置。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の風力発電装置群の制御装置において、
前記風速変動予測手段は、風速の変動が最初に到達する風力発電装置の風速データから他の風力発電装置に到達する風速変動の時間変化を予測することを特徴とする風力発電装置群の制御装置。 - 電力系統に対して送電線を介して接続された可変回転数および可変ピッチ制御可能な複数台の風力発電装置から構成される風力発電装置群の制御方法において、
前記風力発電装置群は、各風力発電装置に設けられた個別制御装置と、通信ネットワークを介して各風力発電装置の風向、風力を含む運転情報を送受信し出力変動を演算処理する集中制御装置を備え、
各風力発電装置から送付される運転情報を受信し、前記運転情報に基づき前記風力発電装置群に対する近未来の風速変動を予測し、前記風速変動の予測に基づき前記風力発電装置群の近未来の出力変動を予測し、前記風力発電装置群の合計出力が大きくなるときに風カエネルギーを風力発電装置群の回転エネルギーとして蓄積させ、前記風力発電装置群の合計出力が小さくなるときに回転エネルギーとして蓄積させた風カエネルギ―を放出させ、前記風力発電装置群の出力を一定に維持し、
前記集中制御装置からの出力指令値に応じて前記風力発電装置群の運転を制御することを特徴とする風力発電装置群の制御方法。 - 請求項6に記載の風力発電装置群の制御方法において、前記近未来の風速変動の予測は、風速の変動が最初に到達する風力発電装置の風速データから他の風力発電装置に到達する風速変動の時間変化を予測することで行うことを特徴とする発電装置群の制御方法。
