Abstract

Las instalaciones de energia eolica siempre fueron inicialmente erigidas o levantadas en la forma de unidades individuales y solamente en los anos recientes, provocado tambien por los reglamentos administrativos y de construccion, es que las instalaciones de energia eolica son frecuentemente montadas en parques eolicos. A este respecto, un parque eolico en su unidad mas pequena, es un arreglo que posee al menos de dos instalaciones de energia eolica, aunque con mayor frecuencia son marcadamente mas de dos unidades. Por medio de ejemplo, puede hacerse mencion acerca del parque eolico en Holtriem (Frisia del Este, en Alemania) en donde mas de 50 instalaciones de energia eolica son establecidas en un mismo conjunto o red. Asimismo, es de esperarse que la cantidad de unidades y tambien la potencia colocada de las instalaciones de energia eolica sigan aumentando en gran medida en los anos venideros. En la mayoria de los casos, el potencial eolico se encuentra, en sus mas grandes regiones de las redes de suministro de energia, con un bajo nivel de potencia de cortocircuito y una baja densidad de poblacion. Aqui es donde precisamente los limites de conexion tecnica son facilmente alcanzados por las instalaciones de energia eolica con el resultado que ya no es posible que instalaciones adicionales de energia eolica sean establecidas en estos sitios. Un metodo de operacion de un parque eolico, comprende una pluralidad de instalaciones de energia eolica, en donde el parque eolico es conectado con una red de suministro de energia electrica en la cual es alimentada la energia electrica producida por el parque eolico y el parque eolico y/o al menos una de las instalaciones de energia eolica del parque eolico tiene una entrada de control, por medio de la cual la energia electrica del parque eolico o una o mas de las instalaciones individuales de energia eolica pueden ser ajustadas en el intervalo entre 0 y 100% de la respectiva potencia que va a estar disponible, en particular, la potencia nominal, y se proporciona un aparato de procesamiento de datos que es conectado con la entrada de control y por medio del cual el valor de ajuste es establecido en el intervalo entre 0 y 100%, en funcion de que tan grande es la energia que proporciona el parque eolico en su conjunto en su salida para efectuar la alimentacion en la red de energia y en donde el operador (PSU) de la red de suministro electrica en la cual es conectado el parque eolico, puede ajustar la potencia suministrada mediante el parque eolico por medio de la entrada de control.
