Abstract
Benzoilisoxazoles substituidos de la fórmula general (1), en la que: n significa los números 0, 1, 2 ó 3; A significa un enlace sencillo o significa alcanodiilo (alquileno); R1 significa hidrógeno o significa alquilo, alquenilo o cicloalquilo, substituidos respectivamente en caso dado; R2 significa hidrógeno, ciano, carbamoilo, halógeno, o significa alquilo, alquilcarbonilo, alcoxi, alcoxicarbonilo, alquiltio, alquilsulfinilo o alquilsulfonilo substituidos respectivamente en caso dado; R3 significa hidrógeno, nitro, ciano, carboxi, carbamoilo, tiocarbamoilo, halógeno, o significa alquilo, alcoxi, alquiltio, alquilsulfinilo, alquilsulfonilo, alquilamino, dialquilamino o dialquilaminosulfonilo substituidos respectivamente en caso dado; R4 significa nitro, ciano, carboxi, carbamoilo, tiocarbamoilo, halógeno, o significa alquilo, alcoxi, alquiltio, alquilsulfinilo, alquilsulfonilo, alquilamino, dialquilamino, o dialquilaminosulfonilo substituidos respectivamente en cas dado; y Z significa un agrupamiento monocíclico o bicíclico, heterocíclico, saturado o insaturado, con 4 a 12 miembros, substituidos en caso dado, que contiene de 1 hasta 4 heteroátomos (hasta 4 átomos de nitrógeno y en caso dado -de manera alternativa o adicional- un átomo de oxígeno o un átomo de azufre, o un agrupamiento SO- o un agrupamiento SO2-), y que contiene, además, de 1 a 3 grupos oxi (C=O) y/o grupos tioxo (C=S) como componentes del heterociclo; así como a procedimientos para su obtención, su empleo para la lucha contra las plantas indeseables y composiciones herbicidas que los contienen. Procedimiento para la obtención de los compuestos, donde: (a) se hacen reaccionar benzoilisoxazoles de la fórmula general (2) en la que n, A, R1, R2, R3 y R4 tienen el significado indicado en una de las reivindicaciones 1 hasta 5, 7, 8, 10 y 11; y X significa halógeno; con heterociclos de la fórmula general H-Z en la que Z tiene el significado indicado en una de las reivindicaciones 1 ó 2, en caso dado en presencia de uno o varios agentes auxiliares de la reacción y, en caso dado, en presencia de uno o varios diluyentes, o porque en el caso en que R2 signifique hidrógeno; o (b) se hacen reaccionar benzoilcetonas de la fórmula general (3) en la que n, A, R1, R3, R4 y Z tienen el significado indicado en una de las reivindicaciones 1 hasta 5, 7, 10 y 11, con un éster ortofórmico o con un acetal de N,N-dimetil-formamida y a continuación con hidroxilamina o con un aducto de ácido de la misma, en caso dado en presencia de uno o varios agentes auxiliares de la reacción y, en caso dado, en presencia de uno o varios diluyentes, o porque en el caso en que R2 signifique alcoxicarbonilo substituido en caso dado.
