Abstract

Moléculas de ADN que codifican para una UDP-glucosa: aglicón-glucosiltransferasa que tiene la fórmula R1-R2-R3 en donde: R1, R2 y R3 son secuencias componentes formadas por residuos de aminoácidos independientemente seleccionadas a partir del grupo de los residuos de aminoácidos Gly, Ala, Val, Leu, lle, Phe, Pro, Ser, Thr, Cys, Met, Trp, Tyr, Asn, Gln, Asp, Glu, Lys, Arg y His, y R2 está formado por 150 o más residuos de aminoácidos cuya secuencia es cuando menos el 50 por ciento idéntica a una secuencia componente alineada de la SEQ ID N° 1, Esta UDP-glucosa: aglicón-glucosiltransferasa conjuga cianohidrinas, terpenoides, derivados de fenilo, o derivados de hexanol con glucosa; método para el aislamiento de una molécula de ADNc que codifica una udp-glucosa: aglicón-glucosiltransferasa, método para producir udp-glucosa: aglicón-glucosiltransferasa recombinante pura, planta transgénica y método para obtener una planta transgénica.
