Abstract
Se describe un proceso en el cual un fluido elástico es puesto en contacto con un sólido en forma de partículas. Estos comprende proveer una zona de contención tubular alargada, sustancialmente vertical, (1), que contiene una carga del material sólido en forma de partículas, (1), siendo el volumen de la zona de contención, (1) mayor que el volumen asentado del material sólido en forma de partículas (5). Hay un medio de retención superior, (3), montado en la extremidad superior de la zona de contención, (1), siendo el medio de retención superior (3), permeable al fluido pero al mismo tiempo adaptado para retener el material sólido en forma de partículas, (5), en la zona de contención. Hay un medio seguido, (4), montado de manera de poder moverse, en la zona de contención (1), por debajo de la carga de material sólido en forma de partículas, (5), de manera de poder moverse hacia arriba desde la extremidad inferior de la zona de contención (1) al presentar el flujo ascendente del fluido elástico a través de la zona de contención (1) con un caudal más allá del caudal-umbral. En el proceso, el fluido elástico es hecho fluir hacia arriba a través de la zona de contención (1) con un caudal que es suficiente para hacer que el material sólido en forma de partículas (5) ascienda hacia la extremidad superior de la zona de contención y forme un colchón de material sólido (5) en forma de partículas contra el lado inferior de la zona superior (3). Dicho caudal es superior al caudal-umbral de manera de hacer que el medio seguido (4) se mueva hacia arriba hasta hacer tope contra el lado inferior del colchón del material sólido en forma de partículas, (5). La presente también provee un aparato adecuado para llevar a cabo un proceso de este tipo y un método para cargar (introducir) un material sólido en forma de partículas, en un tubo sustancialmente vertical.
