Abstract
En un motor de combustion interna de 4 carreras por ciclo (1) que tiene válvulas de admision y de descarga (9), (10) abiertas y cerradas por respectivas levas de admision y de escape (27), (28) integradas en un árbol de levas (13), el motor comprende una leva de descompresion (38) colocada sobre el árbol de levas (13) de modo que rote libremente, un embrague de sentido unico (29) colocado sobre el árbol de levas (13) capaz de transmitir torsion de rotacion reversa a la leva de descompresion (38) solo cuando el árbol de levas (13) rota en reversa, un limitador de torsion (40) inserto entre la leva de descompresion (38) y el embrague de sentido unico (29) y dispositivos de detencion de leva de descompresion (42), (43) provistos sobre una porcion fija que se engancha con una seccion de enganche (41) formada sobre la leva de descompresion (38) para detener la rotacion de la leva de descompresion (38) en respectivas posiciones en direccion rotacional normal y direccion rotacional reversa. Una elevacion de una seccion de leva (38a) de la leva de descompresion (38) es superior a una circunferencia de base de la leva de escape (28) e inferior a una elevacion máxima de una seccion de leva (28a) de una leva de escape (28). La válvula de descarga (10) no es abierta por la leva de descompresion cuando el árbol de levas (13) rota normalmente y el dispositivo de detencion de leva de descompresion (43) se engancha con la seccion de enganche. Se otorga un dispositivo de descompresion que es de construccion simple, tamano pequeno y bajo costo.
