Abstract

Der Nockenwellenversteller hat einen Stator (3) und einen relativ zu ihm drehbaren Rotor (1), zwischen denen Druckkammern (13) vorgesehen sind. Über ein Ventil wird gesteuert Druckmedium der jeweiligen Kammer (13) zugeführt, um den Rotor (1) relativ zum Stator (3) zu drehen. Damit der Nockenwellenversteller auch bei beengten Platzverhältnissen eingesetzt werden kann, ist das Ventil an der vom Nockenwellenanschluß abgewandten Seite angeordnet. Das Ventil kann darum axial außerhalb des Motors des Kraftfahrzeuges ortsfest angeordnet werden. Der Nockenwellenversteller benötigt darum nur wenig Einbauraum. Der Nockenwellenversteller ist für Kraftfahrzeuge vorgesehen.
