Abstract
Un compuesto polimorfo de 1-{6-etoxi-5-[3-etil-6,7-dihidro-2-(2-metoxietil)-7-oxo-2H-pirazolo[4,3-d]pirimidin-5-il]-3-piridilsulfonil}-4-etilpiperazina de formula (1) que tiene un diagrama simulado de difraccion de rayos X del polvo con los picos principales sustancialmente como se definen a continuacion: donde dicho diagrama PXRD se genera usando rayos X K-alfa1 de cobre que tienen una longitud de onda de 1,54178 Angstroms. Este compuesto es un inhibidor selectivo y potente de la cGMP-PDE5 y especialmente util en el tratamiento, entre otros, de la disfuncion eréctil en los varones.
